I use the 2 IDE port 7210, and switch disks (hot swap regularly) with
similarly sized extra disks.  THink of the extra disks as your 'tape'
media, but it takes but a second to backup (pull out a hard disk) and
restore (pull out all drives, and put in a previously backed up disk).
