I have a Cyrus set up here with Postfix but have never run into this
particular error message so my answer here is really a "wildcard shot".

I presume the binary /usr/cyrus/bin/deliver exists? I do not know how
things are laid out on your system, but on Debian at least, this is
/usr/bin/cyrdeliver instead. Check it out, just in case.
