Interesting. I believe this means they don't have an OEM relationship with Microsoft, i.e., they're not paying the dreaded Microsoft tax. This also means, however, that if you get the ECS with Windows, the license is gonna be more expensive than if you got, e.g., a Compaq. But who cares for Windows around hear anyways?
