I believe that these are everything in /etc/mail.

The users' inboxes are usually in /var/spool/mail, but other
mailboxes could be in the users' $HOME directories, so you might need
to copy everyone's $HOME directory to the new machine.  Also
someone might be crazy enough to use /tmp or /var/tmp to store
some of their mail (such as when they run out of space in $HOME).

I think upgrading/switching mail servers is just too messy that
I'd rather not do it.
