no, i mean specifying a partition/directory as the windows folder
through the wine.conf file. i think to pull this off  i will have to use
one of their utilities to generate a dummy registry. 

what they are saying doesnt amount to anything if it cannnot run on your
machine. i can run WinBejeweled though and that keeps me satisfied for
quite a time. im also wondering how i can be able to pay international
orders without resorting to credit cards. i already checked every credit
card agent and all i get when asking about credit card fraud guard is
usually 'ill ask about it sir and call you back'. none has called me
back. <g>

btw, yehey.com is already launching its pay portal which will enable atm
holders of certain banks to pay certain e-sites without using a credit
card. im not sure how secure it is but as long as it doesnt include
mandrakesoft, amazon, and other geeky sites then im not interested.
