"cracker" tools are one thing but how about "sniffers" hiding on the
name of "network analyzer, protocol, analyzer, etc" ? it can easily
"catch" accounts and worst, private communications over the network.
one can easily say, "i'm just analyzing the protocols that passes on my
NIC and that's all" and the not-too-techie boss would say, "OK, good to
hear that (duh?)"
