Hi! I use a 250MB USB Zip drive with my ECS A928 laptop running Redhat 8 with no problems whatsoever. Its easily detected whether or not I plugged it in while installing Redhat. I was supposed to buy the 750MB drive but as of late last year, I got no feedback yet with regards to Linux compatibility.
