He(Ibarra Gonzales) should change his mind, considering the fact that the Philippine government needs to cross-cut its expenses.
Wala na ngang salary increase dahil sobrang gumastos ang gobyerno sa M$ software.(inefficient naman yung XP)

Linux is a very productive operating system. I hope he will change his mind. Siguro naman dapat siyang magtanong muna sa mga taga UP kung anong effect ang ginawa ng Linux in terms of savings and productivity.
