FAI's really cool.  Also worth looking at:

The Autoinstall tool creates floppy images that can install Debian
systems without any user interaction:
http://packages.debian.org/unstable/admin/autoinstall-i386.html

I'm not really sure that either of these can be used to do installations
on keyboardless machines, though.
