Theres a problem within an interupt or IRQ assignments . The installer is assigning a IRQ that is used by another device. Usually this problem occurs in AMD processors. OpenBios said it was on the APIC chip, which is not configured properly.
If you do not want to recompile your RH 8.0 kernel, (sakit nyan sa ulo, hehehe) try to install RH 7.3.
