If you want to install RH 8.0 on an AMD
At the boot: prompt, enter:
linux apic=no mem=(the amount of memory installed in your system)
If it still fails, try adding noathlon in addition to apic= and mem=. If that fails, try adding nosmp along with the others.
Try disabling both L2 and L4 cache in the bios setup. Also, if there are any PCI interrupt settings in BIOS setup that you can change, (trial and error)
If it fails try to install RH 7.3 (hehehehe,wala ding solusyon)
