You might want to take a look into:

FreeS/WAN + X.509 patch

the X.509 patch is needed to allow FreeS/WAN to work w/ the native 
Win2000/XP client

this links will help you install the X.509 patch and the configure ur
windows2000/xp clients... ssl encryption will be used...

btw, you might also want to take a look at poptop i think it more
appropriate for a Linux --> MS VPN setup...
