dont have the config here at home, i encountered it when i helped a

hmm... thats weird as i remember a new route will be added once the
tunnel is "up"... another issue here is that you might be behind a nat 
firewall?? take a look at this link:

but its hard to say that this is a NAT or routimg issue since the win2k
client reported an SA?
