anyone, i dont know if this is unusual or misconfiguration but i have a linux box that can not resolve dns querries. all the stuff in the /etc/resolv.conf is in there, and i already tried running 'nslookup' and it displays some dns (mu.edu.ph) information except that it displays:
...nslookup... >mu3 Server: w.x.y.z Address: w.x.y.z#53 ** server can't find www: NXDOMAIN > ...nslookup... Where 'w.x.y.z' is our dns ip address. Please note that our dns is already serving other linux and win clients without problems. I believed this is beyond something, i mean configuration? I dont know. Please help. Your tip(s) and suggestion(s) are highly appreciated. Thanks. Regards, Howard. H o w a r d R.
