[plug] [OT] response to obligatory plug ( was Re: multiple mails)

what do i do to get an email address at free.net.ph? does it allow smtp/pop3 
access? are there any limitations? im using this email address for my 
mailing list needs and consumes about 10-30MB of data transfer per month.
