what do i do to get an email address at free.net.ph? does it allow smtp/pop3 access? are there any limitations? im using this email address for my mailing list needs and consumes about 10-30MB of data transfer per month. jijo? <g>

Obligatory plug. ;) I haven't been getting dupe messages. Maybe Emacs
or free.net.ph is silently filtering them out. If the latter, kudos go
to Jijo Sevilla (you might want to check out how he manages his
server). If the former, long live Emacs!
