uh, wait... i'm not sure i agree with Mr. Dvorak's conclusions in his scenarios ("linux dies"... "corporations flock to microsoft", as if there arent already a lot of microsoft-centric corporations )... assuming SCO does win somehow, won't the whole GPL/Open Source nature of linux allow people to simply cut out whatever parts of linux that SCO claims is theirs and just put in brand new code that does the same thing, and even do it in a better way than before? of course, (again assuming SCO wins) IBM's wallet will probably hurt after this, but still... i dont think "linux dies" will necessarily follow...

i remember his article when i was still in high school (IIRC)
