Seriously, $CO may well be deep in trouble when legal proceedings start. $CO's Unix Sys V incorporates BSD codes in violation of BSD license. Expect a wave countersuits when the first bullet is fired. War is looming and the penguin is ready. Linus himself could be the not-too-secret superweapon, and he's just been moved to a strategic position (from Transmeta to OSDL).
