I've not yet, despite quite a few tries, found hardware on which Darwin
for x86 will successfully install.  At this point, I suspect that it
installs cleanly only onto a reference box in a basement in Cupertino,
California that Apple Computer uses to test code for endian-ness problems.

But I'll bet FreeBSD or NetBSD will have no problem at all on your
machine.
