I don't think you get my point here. I just use the word _product_ to
mean _package_. So let's not argue about the term. Of course, we're
talking here about Linux kernel as the main component. I don't think
it's mimicry when you create your own distro from scratch, it's more
mimicry when you use RedHat as your own base. I don't think Debian,
Suse, Mandrake, Gentoo and other distro is a mimicry, IMHO. I believe
mimicry is X=A and not X=A+B.
