Ariz,

Yes if you have 2 year old or newer PC. Since the
subject says "Low-end Linux setup", It's actually
not a big deal if it's not ported to XFree86 4.x.

I have two Pentium 133Mhz/80Mb which was given to
me. XFree86 3.x is generally faster than 4.x on a
low end PC.
