how about passwords. can they somehow be manhandled intoisn't this what PAM+LDAP is for?
the linux md5 password format (e.g., can we get them in plaintext
in NT so we can hash them ourselves), or into some other format that can be used for authentication on linux? (e.g., LDAP? i don't
know how LDAP stores passwords, is there a standard LDAP hash that works the same in Win* and Linux? or are the hashes not compatible so that we'll still have to go with sniffing or forcing them to change their passwords or something else like that authentication
