Hello Eric, We still don't have 'cell coordinators' and we need volunteers to start any of these projects. Maybe we'll not call them 'cell coordinators' but instead 'project chairman/chairwoman' and it's up to him if he/she can gather volunteers who will help him/her with the project. Now, I'm thinking of accepting designs for the ID first so that when we already have the design, we can look an ID maker and distribute the IDs when we conduct our next technical seminar and the election of officers.
