I like the header_checks of Postfix not to mention that there is also a body_check.
I reduced the SPAM to about 90% or more. Before, I'm receiving not less than 20+ spams per day, now it's almost silent.
I use Netscape 7.1 junk mail control (sorry but in Window$). What the mail junk control list logs, I then copy it manually and put the offending domains in the postfix header_checks using regexp.
I also solicit spam logs from my users. So far it's working but I have to be keen with what domains to block.
I know Spamassassin can do better than this. But hey, it works for me!
