Well the PC-DL is a *DUAL XEON* motherboard. It's hardly what one would use for a personal server. :P I didn't give any examples of cheaper motherboards because I've been out of the hardware loop for so long.. still using my now-ancient PIII-800 :) > SATA HDDs seem to be priced the same as their Parallel (plain old) ATA > counterparts. Or a bit more.. P.S. regarding co-locating. Well "old IPhil" charged me and my friends 10k pesos a month back in 1999 or 2000. :) with "unlimited bandwidth" ostensibly. :D seriously.. mozcom is currently charging 5k pesos per month for 4U of space and 500W of power dissipation. this is the minimum. bandwidth is ala carte, and on top of that. :) --- Orlando Andico <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Mosaic Communications, Inc. -- Philippine Linux Users' Group (PLUG) Mailing List [EMAIL PROTECTED] (#PLUG @ irc.free.net.ph) Official Website: http://plug.linux.org.ph Searchable Archives: http://marc.free.net.ph .
