Well the PC-DL is a *DUAL XEON* motherboard. It's hardly what one would 
use for a personal server.  :P  I didn't give any examples of cheaper 
motherboards because I've been out of the hardware loop for so long.. 
still using my now-ancient PIII-800  :)

P.S. regarding co-locating. Well "old IPhil" charged me and my friends 10k 
pesos a month back in 1999 or 2000.  :) with "unlimited bandwidth" 
ostensibly.  :D

seriously.. mozcom is currently charging 5k pesos per month for 4U of 
space and 500W of power dissipation. this is the minimum. bandwidth is ala 
carte, and on top of that.  :)
