it's hard to find a cheap barebone board that boasts an SATA chipset. =)
SATA among the desktop boards is still considered a luxury
as much as a badass sound subsystem.  so you'll only find SATA
in 'deluxe' boards which unfortunately bundles in other
unnecassary price-hiking stuff from a server standpoint.


you can also take a look at Intel/VIA chipset board solutions 
or Promise SATA PCI expansion cards pero i am not too familiar
anymore with those.
