As both web-based IRC clients are only set up properly on the UP Manila node of
irc.free.net.ph, please use the following URLs instead:

    http://upm.irc.free.net.ph (Java)
    http://upm.irc.free.net.ph/cgi-bin/irc.cgi (non-Java)
