If you're allowing all workstations to connect directly to the Internet
(via NAT) - definitely you'd have to contend with high bandwidth
consumption. You can try controlling traffic via a bandwidth-shaping
device or better yet get a caching proxy setup (serves as cheap
bandwidth control too) for your internal network.
