I always have been a GNOME zealot. :) Way back since Red Hat 6.0. And I would beg to differ about the "so scattered.. rough fonts." Red Hat 9 or Fedora plus Ximian GNOME is, simply put, gorgeous. It even has subpixel antialiasing for those with LCD monitors (I don't). And it's not slow. I have an ancient, not-upgraded-since-2001 computer. It's plenty fast for me. And it boots faster than Win2k on the same machine. --- Orlando Andico <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Mosaic Communications, Inc. -- Philippine Linux Users' Group (PLUG) Mailing List [EMAIL PROTECTED] (#PLUG @ irc.free.net.ph) Official Website: http://plug.linux.org.ph Searchable Archives: http://marc.free.net.ph .
