Michael,

thanks for your intention to help me.

I have done asterisk -vvvvvvvc and the output is in the attached file 
asterisk.txt

However while my X-Lite client is trying to connect, no error is comming out 
on the console. I also did a tcpdump and the output is in the attached file 
asteriskdump.txt.

I can see in the tcpdump that the client is really trying to connect to port 
5060.

please advice furthur.
