I doubted that and I check very carefully. I'm definitely sure I am not 
blocking port 5060 and used user and password as indicated in my sip.conf.

Here is what inside my sip.conf

[general]
port=5060
bindaddr=128.1.99.47
context=default
;register => [EMAIL PROTECTED]/4976
;register => [EMAIL PROTECTED]

[albenalt]
type=friend
secret=marimar
host=dynamic
;defaultip=128.1.99.16
;mailbox=4976
