When were the institutional members selected?  What are the
provisions/qualifications for organizational membership?  I don't have
objections against the institutional members.  It would have been nice
for all members to know these details prior to making those decisions.
Not everyone gets to attend plug meetings.

Regarding Rommel's suggestion on lifetime membership for the founding
members, if this is something the board will consider, pls decide if the
membership will be institutional or individual.

It would help if there are official representatives from these schools
regarding this issue.
As of now only rommel represents UP.  No one from DLSU and ADMU is
stepping up to represent their respective schools.
