There mere fact that we founded the organization must account to something - even if we decide, later on, to be non-active members. Please give due respect to those who started it all.
I mean, Kelsey is busy with his SM conglomerate (hehehe), Doc Mana is busy training students, Eric is busy maintaining UPM's IT infrastructure the same way that Sammy and I are doing our jobs. Do *NOT* penalize us for being busy -- besides, we do monitor the list still! The Constitution must also allow the Board to recommend other people to be awarded with lifetime memberships - such as Migs Paras, who did a very good job whilst he was president. However, these nominations must be approved by the GA.
