Was referring to the Thermaltake Smart Fan. you have 3 options with the fan:

1. Manual control of  the fan speed. 
2.  Full speed of fan using a jumper. 
3. Temperature sense control where the rpm varies accordingly to the temp. 

If budget is an issue, Any 3 wire fan would do and control the fan via
software.
