Enermax power supply from Villman and Intel chipset/motherboards. Expensive but it lasts....
I have 2 Do-It-Yourself dual P3-1.4Ghz servers running 24x7 for over 2 years. Motherboard is ASUS using Intel chipset; with Enermax 350W power supply. The Intel D845GVSR Motherboard (with LAN) also has the right combination (video+intel_100Mbps+DDR333) under 4000 PhP (villman prices).
