Is there a mobile/telecom track again? Maybe i can convince my colleague Mark Achanzar who's developing PHP Based Kannel under Linux called X-Relay for this track.
Suggested Topics for this track: Webservices for Mobile, SMS Gateway Provider Connectivity (Local Telco and International Gateways) and Mobile Apps Dev/Content Management.
