Oh dear. Got ubuntu warty and I downloaded gnucash but it was version 1.8.9 from "universe". It segment faults. Couldn't see what it was, only a message that says guile-1.6 segment fault.
Google search for new updated package for warty was futile. By the way, the new version is gnucash 1.8.11.
