-usb
Enable the USB driver (if it is not used by default yet).
-usbdevice devname
Add the USB device devname. Note that this option is deprecated,

use -device usb-... instead. See usb_devices.
mouse
Virtual Mouse. This will override the PS/2 mouse emulation when
activated.
tablet
Pointer device that uses absolute coordinates (like a
touchscreen).
This means QEMU is able to report the mouse position without having
to grab the mouse. Also overrides the PS/2 mouse emulation when
activated.
braille
Braille device. This will use BrlAPI to display the braille
output
on a real or fake device.
Looks like it supports multiple external USB-connected devices. My
brief
web search didn't turn up a qemu mail list; linuxquestions.org should
have a
forum that would provide insights.
