Cantata *was* running fine, that is, it can get to the net and it displayed the radio stream that was playing - but no sound. I tried Ario, which also uses MPD, and same problem - no sound. Apparently MPD can't figure our how to send sound to Pulseaudio. The Playback tab in Pulseaudio displays the application that it is receiving a signal from, and neither Cantata nor Ario appear, nor does MPD. But if I stream from Banshee or anything else the application appears in the Pulseaudio Playback tab. I'm currently consulting Dr DuckDuckGo for a solution. I fear that surgery may be required. _______________________________________________ PLUG mailing list [email protected] http://lists.pdxlinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug
