Do you see the output audio stream from the web browser player in pavucontrol? Do you see the level meeter moving? If you do not see this - then it is mystery how could you actually hear it in the speakers/headphones. Nevertheless you can still use the headset that works to hear it. If you do see this - it is expected - then just follow the instructions and select your other headset as an audio output in the same pavucontrol tab.
