That should be good enough verification that the web video stream is not
muted in the web player.

Could you please try to follow the instructions?

Do you see the output audio stream from the web browser player in
pavucontrol? Do you see the level meeter moving?

If you do not see this - then it is mystery how could you actually hear it
in the speakers/headphones. Nevertheless you can still use the headset that
works to hear it.

If you do see this - it is expected - then just follow the instructions and
select your other headset as an audio output in the same pavucontrol tab.
