Perhaps you could try using mail -v to send a test address.
mail -v! That's great. Thanks Stuart. Here's what's weird: When I use mail -v on the command line, my email goes through just fine (even without -v it works), but when I send with Thunderbird, the mails don't go through. Strange because mails sent with Thunderbird go through just fine to other people. Does that shed light on it?
