I would like to update everyone that HB 139 has been removed from tomorrows legislative agenda for the House Public Utilities and Technology Committee. http://tinyurl.com/2bjccj/ I would imagine that Thad Van Ry is correct. I have been in contact with my Representative Tim Cosgrove, and have received similar comments that this bill might very well pass. I suspect that it might resurface in some modified form this legislative session, if not in the future. - -- Trevor Sharpe E-Mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] MSN: [EMAIL PROTECTED] AIM: heartsbanelinux ICQ: 1492871 Yahoo!: HeartsbaneTS Jabber: [EMAIL PROTECTED] - ---------- Every normal man must be tempted, at times, to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin slitting throats. ---H.
