It's a terrible way to make a decision like this, but I think that any
school with "University" in the name will hold more clout than any
school that is known as a "Tech".
ITT Tech. Rhymes with Blech.
I know nothing about either school though.

I have applied to graduate school, and been accepted to my top two
choices,
University of Virginia, and Virginia Tech. However, I don't know
how to
choose between the two. So, my question for you is, what is your
relative
impression of them? Knowing nothing other than their names, which
do you
think sounds like a better choice? Now, beyond that, UVa is ranked
higher
according to US News, but VT has more research that sounds more
interesting
at first blush. But I don't really know what research will be
interesting
to me, since I don't have experience. What are some considerations
you
think I should be taking into account? What do you think is the most
important thing to consider?
Thanks, feel free to answer as briefly as you have time for, I'm
just trying
to get more input.
