I choose my battles. I value my civil liberties, but I also prioritize them based on my beliefs and philosophies. I'm more concerned right now about MPAA DRM, RIAA royalties, Big Brother Apple and network neutrality, than I am the SWAT team raiding the wrong house. I agree what happened to that family was utter bull-sh**, and it should not have happened. I hope everything works out, and the police/SWAT learn a valuable lesson here, but I don't see why properly locking down your wireless access point means you don't value civil liberties. It's preventitive action, and very likely keeps my family from the possibility of an embarassment in the future. I guess what I'm saying is, I'll let others battle out lazy and corrupt police forces.
