My $0.02,

Well I left Utah almost 3 years ago, (yes, I still follow this list) and I
was living on a subdivision in Lindon, close to I-15 , for some reason,
digis internet was the only service available when I was living there, I
lived in that area for 4 years, and during that time, I only had one, maybe
two times, the service went down, yes they had that limitation, if you
reach your quota the speed is reduced, happened to me a few times, but
beside that, I didn't have a problem with the service, so I will
recommended, but as others said, I was close to some of their antennas and
maybe that was a factor in the quality of the service.
