I can't see anything wrong in the trace but I would like to have seen a bit more. I can see mplayer starting but then nothing else. Could you get the latest v6.0.x nightly (http://www.slimdevices.com/downloads/nightly/latest/6.0.3/) as that stops the "would have blocked, will try again later" messages and we might be able to see some more.
