On the server, logged in as Administrator when using the Command prompt.
On the desktop, a local admin.

Not sure if this tests the firewall question, but both of these entered
in a browser start Real Player and work as expected:

rtsp://rmlivev8bb.bbc.net.uk/farm/*/ev7/live24/derby/live.ra

rtsp://rmlivev8.bbc.net.uk/farm/*/ev7/live24/bbc7/live/bbc7_dsat_g2.ra

I am sitting behind ISA server and have just spotted this:

#Software: Microsoft(R) Internet Security and Acceleration Server 2000
#Version: 1.0
#Date: 2005-08-30 00:02:09
#Fields:
date time source-ip destination-ip protocol param#1 param#2
filter-rule interface

1040 BLOCKED 10.0.0.137

in the logs. I don't profess to be an ISA expert (in any way shape or
form), but it looks as if there is some UDP traffic trying to happen
and getting blocked. As both addresses seem to be similarly afflicted,
I assume a red herring.
