I can confirm that it confused me!  I say get rid of it.

However, I have a suggestion for a good use of an integer property and
the interface space you'll regain...

Unless I'm wrong, tracks get submitted to audioscrobbler as soon as
they are played.  (Am I wrong?)  Lots of times, esp. in random mode, a
song will come on that I dislike, and within 10 or 15 seconds I'll hit
"next track."  Having these tracks show up in audioscrobbler distorts
my listening statistics.  What I would really like is the ability to
set a property to a number of seconds delay after starting a song
before which the submission will be queued.  So if set to, say, 15, the
song won't be queued to send to audioscrobbler until it has played for
at least 15 seconds.

thoughts?  Probably this is easier said than done, as most things are.
