This is a directory structure for my system and not files - the
mplayer's below are directories. I may have more subdirs in mplayer
directory than in a standard distribution

Important files in directories
Server directory contains slim.exe, slimserver-convert.conf,
convert.conf
Bin directory contains Lame.exe (although some people have reported
that it works in other directories such as MSWin32)
MSWin32-x86-mulithread directory contains mplayer.exe, flac.exe,
wmadec.exe
codecs directory (immediatlely below MSWin32) - this directory has to
be created by hand. contains at least cook3260.dll, pncrt.dll
>From your last post I think you may have put cook3260.dll in the wrong
codecs directory - the codecs directory to be used is the one below
mplayer.exe (i.e MSWin32 ..)not the one below the mplayer directory.
