Sorry to jump in here but I would guess that you have a firewall blocking this. Try running this from a command prompt: telnet rmlivev8bb.bbc.net.uk 554
If it connects (you'll just get a blank screen) then it is ok, if you get a "Connect failed" error it is blocked.
