I uninstalled the SlimServer software and the AlienBBC plugin. Reinstalled the following:- - SlimServer 6.2.1 - socketwrapper20060211.zip - AlienBBC_1.00.windows.zip - mplayer20051113.zip - Codec files from http://www.mplayer.hu/homepage/design7/codecs.html - Lame.exe 3.96.1
I am able to listen to all stations except BBC. Squeezebox displays:- Connecting... Connecting to play And then seems to connect but no sound is heard. The only security software I have is the ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite (Anti Virus, Firewall and Anti Spyware). I am connecting via a broadband router Netgear 834G which also has an inbuilt firewall. Not sure if there are any settings on the router that need to be changed.
